FREE STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ORDERS ALL ORDERS
When will my order ship?
For all orders, we provide free shipping using first-class economy ground parcel service, while orders over $100 receive free USPS priority or FedEx 2-day shipping. All orders are shipped within one business day, and our in-house shipping team will send you a tracking number once your order is fulfilled.
How long will it take to receive my order
The delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Generally, USPS shipping takes up to 4 days for most orders, while FedEx 2-Day shipping guarantees delivery within 2 business days.
International Orders?
International orders are shipped using USPS, either via First Class or Economy. The customer is responsible for all fees associated with customs clearance.
How can I track my package
After your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you, which includes your tracking number. If you have any questions, kindly reach out to sales@opticgard.com via email.
Shipping Issues & Support
Orders are shipped via third-party carriers such as USPS and FedEx. Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Packages may be considered missing if they have not been delivered within 5 business days after the estimated delivery date. During peak periods such as holidays, severe weather, or high shipping volume, this timeframe may extend up to 10 business days.
If your tracking shows no movement or no carrier acceptance scan, please contact us. Additional time may be required to investigate with the carrier before determining the package as lost or eligible for further action.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen may require additional verification or a claim with the shipping provider.
